Cascade Business Services, LLC was founded in 2006 to help our clients achieve their business goals. We are dedicated to helping our client's define where they want to go and assist with the roadmap to get there. At Cascade Business Solutions we use a collaborative process with our clients to develop the best business models possible. Through the client interview and brainstorming process we can root out problems and design innovative solutions. Our goal is to ensure that our clients get the service they need in the model that best works for them.

Tim Collier, CPA, MBA is the owner/operator and primary consultant for Cascade Business Solutions. Tim has extensive business experience, which can be leveraged for you. Tim's insight, analysis and straight forward solutions will help you achieve your business goals.
Tim has experience in the retail industry, manufacturing, government and consulting. Some of Tim's experience includes: Accounting systems selection, implementation and conversion, corporate and individual tax returns and planning, human resources policy development, financial procedures, financial statement creation, and business planning.

Deborah S. DiPiero, Attorney-Debbie's tax practice primarily focuses on individuals, including closely held limited liability companies and S-Corporations.  Her services include tax planning, advice and tax return compliance.  She assists delinquent tax filers with compliance and payment plans as well as filing and negotiating Offers in Compromise with the Internal Revenue Service and Settlement Agreements with the Oregon Department of Revenue.  She has assisted clients with the removal of tax liens in the sale of real property.  She formally worked as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in Laguna Niguel, California where she tried cases in tax court along with negotiating settlements and providing tax advice to other departments in the Department of Treasury.    While Deborah is an attorney and currently licensed to practice law in Oregon, her advice is limited to the financial and accounting arena only and legal services are expressly excluded from the scope of her services.
